My wife and I traveled to Italy for our 25th anniversary in 2019. We enlisted Christi Freeland's help through Travel Leaders. She made the whole process so easy! We gave her a date range and she found the best plane tickets. We gave her a basic itinerary over a 2 week period, and she made recommendations to help us. She was flexible when we asked for changes, and she always responded quickly to our questions. Once we agreed upon everything, she booked all the travel, hotels, and transfers on our behalf. When it was finally set, she actually met with us in person (unexpected!) to ensure we were ready. She was available before, during and after the trip. So how was it? It was fantastic! There were no issues at any point - all the hotels were top notch (exceeded expectations) and all the train travel was easy and efficient. The transfers removed any stress. All we had to do was enjoy our trip, one day at a time. It was a fabulous trip that we will treasure forever! Thank you, Christi.
