Caribbean Specialist

Craving a beach vacation? The Caribbean offers it all, whether you prefer an all-inclusive experience or prefer to explore the islands. 

I love Jamaica, I really do. I’ve been to Sandals South Coast five times myself. It is a gorgeous property that is set up almost like a European village, with three distinct sections representing French, Dutch, and Italian influences. It is located on a 500-acre nature preserve and boasts a private beach and the only over-water bar in the Caribbean (think of the over-water bungalows you see in photos, but a bar!). 

Negril, Jamaica is only a quick 45-minute jaunt from South Coast, so if you want to go into town one day, stop by the Sandals Negril property and then go to Rick’s Cafe for cliff diving and the best sunsets on the entire island. 

The island of St. Lucia is called the “little Hawaii of the Caribbean” for a reason. It has it all: mountains, volcanoes, rainforests, and beaches, and it is absolutely beautiful. Sandals Grand St, Lucian is located on a peninsula and is surrounded by water. It has the calmest waters on the island in front of its property and has fantastic views of the mountain peaks. 

If all-inclusive isn’t your style, I highly recommend the islands of Puerto Rico, Grand Cayman, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, or Belize in Central America. I have been to Belize myself and it was fabulous. It’s easy to get around, just rent a golf cart and roll around town. I’m already planning my return trip later this year!

If you’re truly looking for an affluent experience, I highly recommend Turks and Caicos. The best resort there is part of the Beaches chain, which means family-friendly! However, if you are looking for adults-only activities, that property is so massive and has so many different areas that clients have bragged about feeling so spread out that it doesn’t even feel like a busy resort.
